When will you receive your order?

Customers in the Netherlands will receive their order within two working days. Customers in other EU countries will receive their orders approximately within one week. Customers outside of the EU will receive their orders in approximately 10 working days, mostly depending on border controls on which we have no influence (Dutch customers who chose acceptgiro as payment method will receive the acceptgiro after approximately two weeks).

Returns?

In case of any error on our side we will gladly pay for returns. You can return any item within 15 days after delivery, under the following conditions.

  • The original price tag should still be attached to the item
  • Returns are only accepted when send in the original box, when they have not been used, and when the return slip is included.
  • Customers in the Netherland can send their returns to our Antwoordnummer. Customers outside of the Netherlands first contact us by either phone or e-mail so we can assist you in finding the proper way of returning items applicable to your country.

Cancelation?

Orders cannot be cancelled. You can always return your purchases within 15 days after delivery.
